Delays expected November 1 prior to Carolina Hurricanes vs. Edmonton Oilers game.

Traffic Alert: Canes fans – prior to the Carolina Hurricanes v. Edmonton Oilers game this Saturday, November 1st, please anticipate possible traffic delays as you arrive to access the parking lots due to a political rally at the State Fairgrounds.

The gates at the fairgrounds open at 4:00pm and cars arriving early for the rally could impact traffic around the RBC Center.
