For the health and safety of everyone at Harry Styles’ upcoming Love On Tour shows, ticket holders must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48 hours prior to entry, in addition to wearing a mask. Please view the "Guest Health & Safety Requirements" tab for full details.

Children under the age of 12 may attend the concert if they provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of the show. There will be no exceptions to these policies.

**THIS IS A MOBILE-ONLY TOUR - All online, mobile, and phone sales will be restricted to mobile digital delivery only, and will have a 72-hour delivery delay. Tickets for this tour will NOT be available for sale at the PNC Arena Box Office.**

Ticket prices include local and state sales tax. Tickets purchased to events at PNC Arena are subject to a $4 per ticket facility fee.

The Event Organizer is requiring that all attendees of this event must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR have received a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours prior to entering the venue (14 days past final vaccination shot).

Staff members will be checking for proof of vaccination or negative test at the doors; there will be no exceptions to these policies for admission.

All guests over the age of two are required to wear a face mask at all times, regardless of vaccination status, except while actively eating and/or drinking.

PROOF OF VACCINATION

Proof of full vaccination must be provided by one of the below:

• Presentation of original card
• Printed copy of card
• Printed copy of vaccination record from Dept of Health vaccine database
• Digital copy of card on mobile device

To be considered fully vaccinated, your final vaccination must be completed on or prior to Sept. 28.
 

COVID-19 TESTING

Guests who are not fully vaccinated, or guests under 12 years of age are required to present proof of negative COVID-19.  FDA approved test that is date and time stamped no more than 48 hours prior to the event date. Please note that at-home tests will not be accepted.

COVID-19 tests must be taken between Oct. 10 at 12:01 a.m. until time of event on Oct. 12.
 

To expedite entry, consider uploading proof of vaccination or negative test result in advance. If you are uploading test results, please wait until 48 hours prior to the show (8:00 p.m. on Sunday). Show the green check mark received via text or email for entry.

• Overnight camping is not permitted. Guests will not be permitted on property prior to 9AM on Tuesday, Oct. 12
• From 9AM - 11AM, GA lottery wristbands will be distributed by the South Plaza outside the Lenovo Center box office.
  • Ticketholders will receive a wristband that corresponds with their assigned pit ticket.
  • GA mobile ticket must be presented in order to receive a wristband. The wristband will be affixed to the ticketholder at this time.
  • Guests cannot take additional wristbands for other ticketholders.
  • Guests will leave the property after receiving a wristband and can return at 4PM.
• Upon return at 4PM, guests will need to go to their respective pit entrance for lottery drawing and line.
  • Cherry Pit - EAST Entrance
  • Watermelon Pit - WEST Entrance
• At appx. 4PM, a starting number will be randomly drawn at each entrance; guests will line up in numerical order of wristbands beginning with the selected number.
• Guests who did not receive a wristband will line up first-come, first-served behind guests with lottery wristbands.

Get your tour merch early! Merch shopping will be open on the South Plaza at Lenovo Center on Monday, Oct. 11, beginning at 3PM.

Show day merch will be available on the South Plaza, and at the following locations once doors open: 104, 108, 110, 113, 115, 120, 124, 129!
