Special design and consideration were implemented at Lenovo Center specifically for guests requiring special assistance or for those with physical restrictions. Accessible seating is available for all events held at the Lenovo Center.

Alternate Format Materials

Tactile and braille signage are located throughout Lenovo Center.

Assistive Listening Devices

Headsets and receivers are available at Guest Services located on the Main Concourse across from Section 127. A North Carolina identification card, credit card, or deposit is required for use.*

Chemical Sensitivity

Lenovo Center understands that many guests are allergic or sensitive to chemicals in aftershaves, colognes and perfumes. We request that guests refrain from wearing artificial scents of any kind when attending an event.

Elevators

Public elevators are located to the left of the box office adjacent to Section 128 in the VIP Entrance area and adjacent to Section 111 on the outside wall of the arena. Elevators are strictly designated as preferred use for guests with disabilities during all events held at Lenovo Center.

Emergency Evacuation/First Aid

Lenovo Center employees have been trained in proper procedures for emergency preparedness. A First Aid Station is also available on the Main Concourse adjacent to Section 111 and is staffed by REX Healthcare employees.

Guest Services/Information

A designated Guest Services location for questions, comments and assistance can be found on the Main Concourse across from Section 127 during events. Please email Guest Services with questions prior to an event.

How to Purchase Accessible Seating Tickets

Lenovo Center recommends that guests with disabilities purchase their tickets in advance to obtain desired seat locations. Tickets are available online at Ticketmaster.com and at the Lenovo Center Ticket Office presented by Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster.com is the official ticketing partner of Lenovo Center, and accessible seating can be selected under "Filters" button on the event page that you select. Click Here to View detailed instructions to purchase tickets online.

Accessible Seating is available throughout all levels of the facility.

Wheelchair accessible, visually impaired, and hearing impaired seating not purchased during an advance sale period (which varies by event) may be released for sale to the general public.

Interpreting Services

Guests who require interpreting services are asked to contact Lenovo Center at 919-861-2323 at least three weeks prior to the scheduled event.

Parking

Accessible parking spaces are located at the East and West parking lots on Lenovo Center property. Vehicles legally displaying disabled license plates or window cards are permitted to park in these designated spaces.

Restrooms

All public restrooms are equipped with accessible stalls, sinks, and amenities. Family restrooms are located adjacent to Sections 111, 128, and 333, and are appropriate for a guest and an attendant.

Lenovo Center Wheelchair Brigade Services

For your convenience, Lenovo Center provides in-house, complimentary wheelchair assistance to and from your seating location; before and after Lenovo Center events. Upon arrival at the doors, ask a staff member for wheelchair assistance.

For accessible seating locations, please review the seating chart on the respective event "Buy Tickets" page. Locations vary slightly from event to event.

Sensory Inclusive

For guests with sensory processing needs, the following resources and accommodations are available.

  • Sensory BagsWeighted Lap Pads, and Photosensitivity Glasses: Available for guests to check-out at Guest Services (Section 127) at no cost. Bags include a special badge for guest recognition, fidget tools, noise-canceling headphones and other resources.
  • Quiet Area: Upon request, guests will be escorted to a designated room for those that may become overstimulated during an event. Please reach out to any Event Services representative, or stop by Guest Services (Section 127) for assistance.

Guests that need to bring an augmentative or alternative communication device, please contact us in advance to coordinate entry.

In partnership with KultureCity, Lenovo Center is working to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all guests.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome at Lenovo Center. Please contact Guest Services if specific accommodations are required.
